BTW, I hope you and others don't take the "homework" comment wrong. We often get postings from students who are enrolled in classes (hospitality industry classes) asking for help with their class assignments when they concern wine. That's all... We try to respond to everyone. Fortunately, we have a very friendly group of moderators and contributors with lots of suggestions and expertise to back it.
