You could serve Carrs Table Water Crackers or oyster crackers so the tasters can "clear their palates" between sips. [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb2/biggrin.gif[/img]

You could serve oysters on the half-shell (baked or raw), chilled, peeled shrimps, and a decent home-made crab dip with the whites. If the Chardonnay is not over-oaked and is crisp you could serve artichoke hearts.

You could serve a variety of hard cheeses such as cheddar, Parmesan, Manchego, mature Gouda or Gruyere with the cab sav.

However, I am not familiar with Brotherhood wines...............
