We are semi-famous for our Champagne and Sushi tastings, a marriage made in heaven! Go for grower Champagnes from the Cotes du Blanc: Pierre Peters, Jean Milan, Lillebert, Guy Larmandier. Or, if you need to save a buck or two, Prosecco di Valdibbiadane Superiore Cartize from Ruggeri or Bisol goes down might fine. For still wines, you cannot beat Austrian Gruner Veltliners or almost anything from Alto Adige.
