No one else has reported this problem. I suspect that you may be looking at a cached version of the web page, or you may be accessing the site through a proxy server that is sending you a cached version.

Try this: hold down the SHIFT key on your keyboard and hit the "reload" or "refresh" button at the top of your browser (by the 'BACK' button). This should refresh everything for you and a new date will appear. See if this works. Also, be sure that you have your browser set to accept all cookies, since the cookie is actually what keeps track of the date of your last visit. This is a safe and easy thing to do.
