This ex-winemaker now writes freelance about wine and food, cooks, authored a book on the subject, and owns a small wine shop.

I wouldn't call myself a gourmand--but I do like to cook and to eat.

There are days when I wish I was better at computer technology, mixed with days when I wish I was an assassin of those who created computer technology...
