We used to hear from a wine lover who lived in Milwaukee I think. I don't know if he is still active on the board. I was going to suggest a shop (no firsthand experience there but I met the owner's son and received a business card from him) in DePere, WI but learned that it is just south of Green Bay. Not exactly convenient to Milwaukee. My sister and her husband once lived in Wauwatosa (sp?) and then Manitowoc but too many years ago to be helpful.
