Going to Austria

Hi Folks,
I'm going to Vienna in early november, not exactly the wine capital of the world, but i know there are some regional specialties i should look out for...there must be.

Can anyone make any suggestions i.e. vineyards outside the city to visit, wines to look out for and purchase, good books about austrian wine in particular...
