Virginia wineries

I'm also going to be in Virginia for a couple of days in October. I already have plans to go to the Williamsburg Winery. I'd like to hit some other ones there but to be honest I really have no idea of the location of the viticultural areas of the state, nor any big winery names. I'll be staying in the Hampton Roads area and would prefer not to have to drive more than a couple of hours.
