It is I who feel rejected....no one has tried to help or even respond to my corking prob and I had hoped you guys would take me a little more seriously...I can't and will not give up!
kc; Yes I am concerned about someone trying to duplicate it. I can only tell you that it is a berry and despite your obvious experience and knowledge, you most likely have never heard of it and even if you have, it's the recipe that is the trick! The recipe was handed down to me and my father wishes he had persued it as hard as I am.

I've enjoyed the teams bantering, and I've learned bunches about (grape) wine from you guys but I've decided to move on....to find a wine mentor....someone to teach the secrets of successful winemaking...and become rich beyond my wildest dreams...ok strike that last part, I'd be happy just to get my kids through school. happy winemaking! terr
