wine testing

ok team....whatever! We'll skip the grape\fruit wine debate. (I think I'm outnumbered anyway!) This post is labeled "home winemaking" and most "home winemakers" are gonna try making "fruit wines". I hope I'm not being a pain but I was really hoping to find some pointers on making and selling homemade wines. (not just the grape variety)
kc sorry to be secretive, I just need some time to get the jump on this thing before others figure it out. True, you don't know me....what would you like to know? I'm male, mid 40's, married w/3 kids, I work as a maintenance supervisor at a private school...running boilers, driving the bus for field trips, fixing everything etc. On the side I'm an artist,like to fish, bowhunt, scoutleader and now enjoy making and tasting wine.
