I don't think being a purist has anything to do with defining what wine is. The dictionary defines wine as "the fermented juice of grapes". It doesn't mention dandelions, bluberries, tomatoes ar any other fermentable substance. It only mentions grapes. There are several sources that mention the fermented juice of other substances as wine, but only as a matter of convenience. Since we have no idea who you are, why are you so reluctant to reveal what you've fermented?
