I remember your earlier post but cannot remember on which forum it landed.

In any event, if your wine is not from grapes (if so, it is not wine, but that is another story) then you will have even more trouble selling it, unless you sell it completely on a local level. To make money selling it on a local level you'll need to produce a fair amount of it--making money in wine production is definitely connected to volume sales, unless you become a cult producer.

You can send me the "wine" to taste, but all I can offer is an opinion on it. Re, taking it commercial: don't know if my opinion about it will matter much. You'll have to do a lot of marketing homework for that answer.
