wine testing

I tried posting this question before but I think I was in the wrong area, so I will try again. I have a unique wine that I make and am keeping it a secret for now. I don't have the hundreds of years of built-up knowledge that grape winemakers have regarding growing, harvesting, fermenting, etc. What I really need is a wine chemist that will give me the neccessary specs and breakdown of my wine. If anyone knows this process or a name of someone I can get in touch with I would be grateful.
I need this info cuz despite everyones suggestions to give away my wine for free I am still trying to make it work...if not for me than for my children.

Foodie, even tho you discouraged me from trying to sell my wine, I believe that if you tasted it you may change your mind. I have not posted many comments but have visited regulary and believe you may be the most qualified to rate my wine. ( I hope I haven't offended anyone else) I don't have many bottles left to give away (until next harvest) but would be willing to send a sample to you if you are interested. I agree that the odds and the paperwork involved will be overwhelming as you said but I gotta try! thanks, Terr
