IK, You are totally right. All the above wines ar dessert wines except for the Riesling Auslese.

BTW..I totally agree with you. However, I did have some female friends drop by who never liked wine before and they they opened up a bottle of icewine. The loved the stuff and proceeded to eat dinner with it despite some measure of protest from me. They mention something about everyone's taste being different, purist are too much and if they like it so what.... After that, I only let them open cheap bottles of late harvest Riesling....no bothers with the good stuff. [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb2/smile.gif[/img] Saving that for me!
