I've been on this "trying to find some everyday drinking wines" kick and this one fills the bill. Very floral with dark fruit and tar notes. Nice berry flavors with hints of dark chocolate and tar and a long finish. A little lighter in color than most malbecs but not to be fooled, it delivers in flavor. A nicely balanced wine with little use of oak. $12. 13.5%Alc/vol. San Rafael, Argentina.
