dananne, welcome to the board. I have several bottles of Peller Icewine Niagara Peninsula Vidal. The wine offers a wonderful experience with a weighty, oily mouthfeel and bold flavors of honey, apricot, honey and peach. Unlike anything I've tasted, and I'm no authority on Icewine, this Canadian treat is a delight and is difficult to find in my area. Share it with your wife during a desert course and prepare to fall in love.
