My wife just returned from Banff with two bottles of Ontario icewine, one from Inskillin and the other from Reif Estate. Does anyone know anything about icewine? I've never had it before, and I know this sounds silly, I don't even know if I should drink it out of a cordial or a white wine glass or a good temp at which to drink it.
