Finally pulled the cork on Duboeuf's '01 Nouveau. Raspberries, cherries..... what? Jello? Koolade? An air-headed cheerleader of a wine - nice to look at, but not worth the investment of an entire evening. Better than the '99, perhaps, but not up to the '00.
