Islay it is! Talisker 10 y/o, Bowmore 21 y/o and Lagavulin 16 y/o are our favorites. If forced to drink Highland, I chose Macallan 12 y/o or Cragganmore 12 y/o.

BTW, I think you mean Macallan, not MacCallem, which is a highland malt, usually sold as 10 y/o, 12 y/o, and 25 y/o.
