James,

I have a winemaking book that contains a recipe for Simple Plum Wine. Although it's called "simple" the recipe is still about two pages long, and refers you to other places throughout the book to explain various techniques.

The best suggestion I can make is to pick up this book. It's also got dozens of other wine recipes-- eveything from Chianti to Kiwi Fruit Wine.

The title is "WINEMAKING: Recipes, Equipment, and Techniques for Making Wine At Home". The authors are Stanley F. Anderson and Dorothy Anderson. It's published by Harcourt Brace & Co. ISBN#0-15-697095-3. The price is $20.00 and well worth it. This book could keep you occupied for years.

Hope this helps.

Jackie
