2002 Cline Red Truck

Blend of Mourvedre, Syrah, Merlot, and Pinot Noir. The latter two caused me to put this here instead of the Rhone thread.

Deep red color with flashy red fruit nose and flavors, which turn a touch sweet. A bit of chocolate on the finish. Not great or memorable, but it'd probably be a nice acompanyment to BBQ when a sweeter, fruitier wine is needed to cut the spiciness of the sauce. 13.5% alc. Paid $10. FWIW, WS 88; to '08.
