Anne just finished a bottle of the '07 of this on Friday night. We've used it as our house white many summers (when we weren't using a sparkler as our house white, which has been the case of late). For some reason, we missed the '05 and '06, they just evidently sailed right past us, but this '07 was a wonderful QPR, and it would be very versatile with food. We'll be drinking lots of it this summer, particularly when we're down here and Atlanta temps soar into the '90s. Of course, Gruet and Cristalino will both factor in, as well

BTW, it would be great if we were able to get together at some point this summer for a few nice bottles, as we'll be up at our farm quite a bit. I'll let you know when we'll be up there, and hopefully it would work out with your schedule. We've got a heck of a lot of Pinots that we'd love to use to tempt you to our neck of the woods, though we'd also be happy to head into St. Louis to meet up (or meet in, say, Columbia -- there's a great restaurant called Bleu that might serve the purpose). Let me know if you'd be interested in popping a few corks together . . .
