Romantic Valentine's

I've been trying to come up with the perfect surprise for Valentine’s Day and have decided on a romantic evening of slow music, chocolate covered strawberries, some sort of wine, and the rest left up to the imagination. What I need help with is the wine selection. I'm new at choosing wines and have no clue. I know I like sweet wines, and I'm not a fan of champagne. Anybody got any good ideas?
