Sorry, but PF is on my blacklist! They increased my 15% tip to 20% and told me that it was a Visa requirement. There were four of us, so it wasnt one of things where they have an automatic addon. But if it were, I usually see only an 18% automatic tip for large parties. Nope, PF just changed the amount and then blamed Visa. Only when Visa spoke to them did they change it back. They would not change it for me. Guess they didnt suspect that I would check my credit card bill.
