I ordered a glass of this at P.F. Chang Chinese restaurant in West Des Moines while visiting my sister. I didn't take notes at the time but it was fruity and soft and yet enough crispness to carry the assortment of Chinese dishes we shared (lettuce wrap, sweet and sour pork, Mu Shu Pork, honey-glazed chicken, spicy mango chicken, etc.).
I already felt Snoqualmie winemaker was hitting her game, and this confirms that.
P.S. This was my first visit to a P. F. Chang restaurant (they have one in Charlotte) and I thought the food was very good but the place was very noisy. It was packed on a Monday evening. They arrange the wine list by tasting categories like soft to more intense and full-bodied, mild to more bold and tannic, which may be very helpful to new wine drinkers.
