From Georges Duboeuf. A survivor of the old storm cellar prior to chilling in June '02, and assumed to be long dead. Wrong! Dee-lightful! With large clumps of sediment, the old Fleurie nose of flowers is absent, but what remains is an honest shot of Gamay juice that is surprisingly robust for her age, like going bra-less has pulled the wrinkles right out of her face. Not likely to get any better, but mighty nice right now. With smoked venison sausage, Romano cheese and Breton wheat crackers.
