Needed a nice Rhone to spruce up my sauteed baby portobello mushrooms and thot this sucker looked slightly peaked when I was pouring it into the skillet. Was I surprised when I put some in my glass! Thot that fred had forgotten to put the skins in this sucker but then I read the label. A sissy white trying to masquerade as a red. It was too late now so I took a halting sip. mmm....nice palate feel...some weight on the center...and Lo & Beholden.... a 3+ lapper finish. Another sip led to another and before you could say SW.....the bottle had evaporated in the spring heat. Went well with the portos' and with the 12% alc I stayed awake to watch the Rockets kick LAs' patootie. Life is good for this bug Mother. WW [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb/wink.gif[/img]
