2008 Mulderbosch Cabernet Sauvignon Rose'

Have had earlier vintage of this by the glass. This glass was with she-crab soup at Hilltop House Restaurant. Rose-petal pale coral color with transparency. Pomegranate flavor. Well chilled and the chill may have masked the nose which seemed muted. Delicately flavored rose' (especially for its Cabernet Sauvignon origins) and it was better with the chicken salad croissant than with the she-crab soup.
