With smoked chicken we like a white Rhone type wine. One based on marsanne, roussanne, and/or viognier. The starting point on the price chain is Cotes Du Rhone Blanc. When my military buds and sig O's arrive next month, we will welcome them with smoked free range roasters and Terre Rouge Enigma.
