Sorry, high toned is my descriptor for a wine that gives me a good sensation of acidity. Somehow I relate it to a high note like music. My nose perks up with a sense of high acidity just like my ears might respond to a sharp high note...strange but it's the way I'm built [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb/smile.gif[/img]

KC, I wish I was in town long. I'm heading to Ottawa and Vancouver next week and then back to London. I most likely will not be able to go to the grand tasting. I wish I could as it is always fun. I've also not seen you guys in many months. It's been a strange year for travel. I'm actually going to see Patriots play Tampa Bay in Wembley.. Got tickets to go with 12 clients..... so this is still work.
