Tried a 2 oz. pour at Dean & Deluca Wine Bar in Charlotte between events of the Charlotte Wine and Food weekend. $2.25 for 2 oz.
Pale straw color. Didn't get a lot of nose--was served chilled and I didn't have time to let it sit. Definitely some residual sugar--came across as sweet. Seems a little disappointing to me compared to Riesling but would be a nonintrusive dessert wine with a sweet white cake of perhaps peach pie or tart.
