Hi Robert, and welcome to the Wine Board. First, some ground rules. We prefer that you limit your postings to one per question. You a can ask as many questions in as many postings as you like, and we will do our best to get you answers. Also it would be very helpful to at least know your city and state so we could recommend specific wine stores and regional finger foods. Now, if you will scroll down to bottom of the board to Wine Country Touring, and go back 100 days; you will find a posting titled Finger Lakes, dated 6/16/00. Several wineries are recommended for their riesling, chardonnay, gewurtztraminer, cabernet franc, and merlot. The riesling, gewurtz, and cab franc are the best food wines in this group, and the posting gives you several choices of sources for them.
