Wine Party

My wife and I are planning on having a wine tasting party and we wanted to focus on Finger Lakes Region wines. We are having 4 other couples over. We wanted a couple varities of wines, and hors d'oeuvres/apetizers. We want to keep the cost reasonable. Does anyone have suggestions for wines and foods? Thank you very much.
