In Case of Emergency - ICE

I received an email from a family member yesterday recommending that I enter an emergency contact in my cell phone under the listing ICE. Evidently people are starting to do this and parametics are hip to it so they have an emergency contact if I get into trouble.

I checked with Snopes and it's legit. I have entered Ice 1, 2 & 3.

Thought it was worth passing on.
