Hi There DM. Just so happens the main man who started the first Z-Tejas lives and opened the flagship store right here in my beloved Phoenix. Also was the original proprietor of Ruth Chris' Steak house here and just started franchising the highly successful P.F.Changs' China Bistro stores. Jes' goes to show what ideas cna become. WW
