Any of you familiar with Z'Tejas grill? There are a handfull floating around the country. Two here in Austin. The dining is advertised as south by southwest, but its a very classy place. I'm a huge fan of their unique menu that includes dishes such as their tortilla-strip-covered, flash-fried shrimp with blackberry-horseraddish sauce; and their Chile Relleno- a poblano stuffed with several kinds of cheeses, nuts, fruits, and chicken; and their Salmon is to die for. Yum! The best part is, my brother-in-law is the operating manager of one on 6th street here in Austin, so I get the occasional free meal!
If you live near one, I highly reccomend you check it out.
