At my Grand-Sons' 21st Birthday Party

yesterday I was introduced to he and his girfriends new puppy. He growled at me at first then decided to put me at ease by licking my hand. After I had given him his card with the check in it I turned to leave. The party was being held at his dada' pool so as I reached for the gate the little sucker clamped down on the back of my left heel. I thot at first he got me achilles but thankfully he missed it by a 1/2 inch. Bleeding like a stuck pig my daughter took me into the closest bathroom and poured peroxide the alcohol on the 2 inch long wounds. After getting the bleeding to stop I got into the car to go to the Hospitals Emergency room. After an hour and filling out every form they had I was taken to anothwer waiting room that had 17 (Yeppo 17) people in it. Knowing there was probably every germ known to mankind floating 'round in the air I got up told the front desk I be gone and then went to a Emergency Clinic and found it was teeming with life. The big hand was on the 12 and the little on the 4 so I asked the lady at the counter how long the wait would be. Without batting an eyelash she said an hour and a half but we close at 4:30. I'm going in this morning at 8 to get my tetanus shot, hopefully being close to the front of the trough. Thinking about putting a "stop-payment" on his derned Birthday check.
