dear curious- another good book to look up is " The French Culinary Institute's Salute to Healthy Cooking". It is low in fat and calories but still manages to produce good tasting food. Each recipe is followed by a breakdown of calories, fat, sat. fat, and cholesterol per serving. Best of luck and have fun! WD
