Hmmmmmm, good questions hotwine. I am not so sure about BBQing because I usually cook indoors! (and my schooling didn't teach otherwise! HE HE)

Anyway, I guess I will try anything. Maybe chicken wings and ribs? I don't think I have a good recipie for BBQ, besides, YOU are the one in Texas, eh? LOL

As far as equipment, we have one of those half barrel smoker/grill thingies. [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb2/wink.gif[/img]

ANY suggestions would be appreciated, really!
