Potato Chips

I was assigned to bring the potato chips to a hamburger grill party on Saturday, but I really don't want to just bring a couple bags of taters. Anybody got any ideas on an alternative to chips that's more fun I could make as a side to burgers and veggies with dip, etc.? I'm willing to cook/bake for this one, and nobody at this thing will care at all if I brought something other than the ubiquitous potato chip. I was thinking of maybe making homemade pretzels or something...
