cook books

Hubby and I were shopping the other day, stopped in at a book store and bought "Wine for Dummies" ( a good book for novices, I think).

We were looking at cookbooks, we are wanting to find something that has foods that pair wine and foods, and hopefully is low-fat, low cholesterol.
Does anyone here know of some books to recommend? I know that Foodie has written one, am planning on ordering it (the garlic, wine and oil book, not sure of title, we love to cook with garlic), but are there others?
