Saturday Night before Labor Day

I guess I should have qualified my statement about temperature. MY steak was medium RARE. My wife's was the one that was medium.

She has this fear of red meat that I have not been able to help her overcome. So, she has to have her beef cooked to medium.

I hate doing that to a good steak, but I also have to keep mother happy.

We are having a great time here in sunless Virginia Beach. Rain, rain, rain, rain, rain........................ But at least the NFL football is on the TV!
