When I hosted wine tastings at a little shop, many of the customers were concerned they couldn't pick out what I did in the wine. I told them the important thing they need to pick out is whether they think it's bad, ok, good, or very good! In the end, that's all any of us do! [img]http://wines.com/ubb/smile.gif[/img] And it's all pretty subjective when you get to that part. For instance, I have pretty different tastes from even the venerable Winoweenie!
