Georgie, Fried green tomatoes and fried okra!! It doesn't get much better than that!! Of course, there are some "lighter" ways to prepare both now, instead of deep frying but moderation is the key!! Enjoy!

And just so you know, this southern belle isn't very partial to boiled okra either but I love fried/baked okra!!

Speaking of tomatoes, does anyone have a recipe for green tomato salsa?
