We have nothing on the ground here in central Massachusetts. It is really cold, though - not supposed to be much over 30 today. This is not good for the perennials. They need the snow cover to survive the winter cold. Us humans, on the other hand, can certainly live with Mr D's suggestion - stay inside with the red wine.
