I've always believed that "the wine you like is the wine you should drink." I'm going to a very nice (read, expensive) steak house in a few days. I'm a German rielsing lover. How "bad" would it be to drink this lovely wine wine with a New York Steak? Is there a "red" that isn't to tannic or harsh on the palett? Thanks in advance.
