Hi BNB, and welcome to the Wine Board. My first choice is Portugese Dao (preferably reserva). If you can't come up with that in Boulder, try zinfandel (the red kind) or syrah/shiraz from the Rhone, or West Coast American for the first spelling, and Australia for the second.
