Shoo-wee, good NCAA game, for NC fans...but in response to your question..If you mean strong as in fruity flavors, I'd lean probably toward the shiraz. But for a more complex taste which may include oak aging which may yield a variety of flavors like toastey/smokey/earthiness,and some hard core tannins which may have a drying, bitter taste when young, which cabs seem to have, then the Cab.If you asked my wife who only likes sweet wines, she describes CS as tasting like "wine", (so there's an answer all to itself). Hey I'm just a novice with a only a few years of enjoyment, but this is my finding.I'm sure others with much more experience may respond.
As in my first response at the 2nd half, 12 min time out, it depends on how you define strong taste. WP
