Kudos to you. Along with home winemaking, that is exactly how I got started in the wine business--I worked in a shop in the evenings and on Saturdays so that i could have access to more wine plus learn the trade, and the consumer.

The owner of the shop and I used to sit in the backroom after closing to go throught the latest potential buys--it was a true learning experience for me, especially the time I delivered cases of beer (New Jersey) to some underage kids whose parents were away. The parents found out, contacted the store and I got reamed for not taking i.d.

Anyway, 56 degrees is a little extreme... [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb2/smile.gif[/img]
