The food was great! Shrimp, new potatos, small sections of corn on the cob, all boiled in a big pot with smoked sausage added to the mix at serving, seasoned with cajun spices.... hot sauce accompanied the sausage. Several artisan breads available. Mixed cold fruit cubes for dessert (melons of various types), which worked nicely with the faintly sweet Prosecco. (Remaining bottles are in the cellar, which has been surrounded by pools of water from the 5 1/2" of rain we've had since 3:30 this morning. Will check the label and alcohol content on my next visit.)
